Mount Paozu-WIP

So this was one of the Photoshop files I lost. There was a layer under that that I hid which was him sitting on a rock with his feet in the water. There was a layer on top that I started, which was a fish jumping out of water. That's what he was supposed to be looking at. However,as I stated i lost the Photoshop file. Luckily, the way it is I could finish it by re-doing the background and the fish. This was also one of the few to come out in the line of Dragonball devs I was doing.

P.S. I was also considering doing the Dragonball logo on the left but i dont really like branding my images with the obvious.
